We are a small operation, so if not immediate, please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you. Either we have a hot headlight in our hands or we're already helping another customer. 

Shipping
Please understand we will ship out orders as soon as possible. In-stock products may take 1-3 business days to ship out. Many of our products are handmade here in Wisconsin and may take time to pack to ensure a safe journey to your doorstep appropriately.

If you ordered a custom item, there is a lead time listed on that product page and our lead time page. If you'd like a status update, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to estimate completion.
