Policies

At Freedom Outfitters U.S., we are committed to providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers. However, in the event of a cancellation, warranty or return, the following policies apply.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations for an order can be made up to 48 Hours after purchase without any cancellation fees. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Warranty Info

2 YEAR Warranty

Products purchased from Freedom Outfitters U.S. with a 2-year warranty are covered by replacement or repair. This includes any lighting equipment, controllers, pods or brackets. Be aware that breaking the seal or opening up a headlight will nullify its warranty. Our warranty does not cover damages sustained from off-roading or deep water crossings. Customers returning product(s) under warranty will be charged S&H. Freedom Outfitters US will ship a replacement or repaired product at no fee (import fees may apply).

 

30 DAY Warranty

Products purchased from Freedom Outfitters U.S. with a 30-day warranty are covered by replacement or repair. This includes any lighting equipment, controllers, pods or brackets. Be aware that breaking the seal or opening up a headlight will nullify its warranty.  Our warranty does not cover damages sustained from off-roading or deep water crossings. Products with a 30-Day warranty will not be charged any shipping & handling fees (import fees may apply).

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or the item within 30 days from delivery for a refund. After 30 days from the date of delivery, we do not accept returns for any reason other than product defects covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in "like new" condition, meaning it has not been damaged or altered in any way and still contains all original packaging and accessories. All returns are subject to review and we do ask for photo and written documentation on items that are inquired to be returned.

Items Excluded from Returns

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or customized products

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at customerservice@freedomoutfittersus.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and materials.

Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping

  • Once our warehouse has received the item please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the item to inspect for damages and then to process a refund or replacement.

Change Orders

48 hours no charge for change order

ALL change orders are subject to $30 processing fee

Coupon Policy

*Coupons are not stackable.

If there was a failure of an applicable coupon code working, please contact us within 24 hours from purchase date and we can apply the discount to your purchase.

Military/LEO/First Responder Year-Round Discount (US ONLY)
